Sales - Due to the nature of our made-to-order operation, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. If needed, a later pick-up date/time may be arranged by reaching out to kaneil@neilybakes.com.

Shipping - no shipping! Local pick up only in West Nashville.

Returns - all sales final!

Holidays - pickups Monday-Saturday only. Closed on Sundays and all major holidays.

No, but we are happy to add your choice of colorful sprinkles and/or M&Ms to any cake. Happy Birthday cake toppers are available for an additional $1.

Your cookie cake will taste fresh longer if kept in the refrigerator. Simply remove from the fridge at least an hour before serving.

Definitely! Neily Bakes Cookie Cakes freeze beautifully. You may freeze the entire cake as-is in the box for up to a month. Remove from freezer at least 1 hour prior to serving. If you have leftovers, we suggest freezing
individually wrapped slices for a treat later on!
